  • “Hi, my name is Bronte from Sydney Australia, and I have been working with Chloe on and off, every couple of months, for a couple of years now, she has been absolutely incredible thru my whole fitness and health journey, she’s very relatable, very easy to talk too, and very down to earth and knows exactly what she’s talking about so, I couldn't recommend anyone more.”

  • "The gym has always been an enemy of mine. Struggling with your image, your weight and gender identity combined with the intimidation that comes from fitness culture – it was something I forced myself to do, only to look better. I did it to pass, to seem stronger, healthier, but on the inside and mentally, nothing was changing. Being able to connect with Chloe at the time I did was a blessing and mental health saver. She's Extremely comforting to be around and I have absolutely no problem allowing her to push me to my limits. Before I met her, I thought that strength was something visible, something defined by muscles, looks and a low body mass index. I’m not thin, I’m far from what the fitness industry deems “attractive” and I slowly saw what it was doing to both my self confidence as well as my mental health. I’ve spent a little over a month with Chloe, working on building strength both physically and mentally. I have never felt so comfortable and confident with myself. As someone who doesn’t necessarily identify by gender or sexuality, connection can be difficult for me. Vulnerability and allowing direction can also be a struggle. I have none of those problems with her. Almost a year post op from top surgery, years of struggling with self acceptance and toxic relationships, I am extremely thankful to be able to allow Chloe to be a part of my journey fitness wise. She has been a part of making me stronger, and I could never replace that."

  • “So I started working with Chloe to get support in revamping my lifting routine so I could build strength and be able to perform to my potential and my running. I’m really glad that we started to work together because I can tell she really cares about me as a whole person, not just the strength works. She’s an example for me to start discussing my goals. She really made space to understand everything else that I was working through, which is a lot of the time. And I just appreciated that she was taking that approach and really can view through that lens. She shared how important it was to acknowledge just how sweet and caring and just reinforce how connected the mental and emotional is to how my body is feeling to my performance. And I really like just how she took our claver approach and heard me out when I’d input or a different perspective and she’s able to melt it with her plan. And she also helps me to push back against preconceived ideas I had about lifting and training that I develop through high school and college and just to shift my thinking from “Oh this getting tired me up from my running workouts” to ``this is making me even stronger by running.”

  • “So I’ve been working with Chloe for about a month now, We’ve had about 6th or 7th meetings together, and from the start I told her that I’ve had confidence issues all my life and from then on she’s done nothing but help me. I think already in this month we've been together that I have come such a far way and I’m super thankful for the time that she takes out of her day to help me become a better student, person, athlete, because she truly believes in me and she wants to see me succeed and she knows that my mental part is, you know when I fix that then it's gonna do so much to me on and off the basketball court.”
