Countless hours are invested in developing the physical growth of athletes and teams while mental training is often missing. Studies have shown mental strategies are essential for individuals and teams striving to achieve peak performance. Players, coaches, and teams must train and utilize mental skills on and off the athletic field. Integrating performance psychology, I take a holistic approach and will work with you to refine your training, and formulate the connection between your nutrition, workouts, and mindset. I stopped Chloe while she was doing an intense stair workout, because her intensity and stamina was jaw dropping (her abs too). She was so nice, gave me her number and we clicked right away. I have been working with Chloe for about two months now and she’s changed my life. She works with you to create and tackle goals whether it be fitness related or “life” related. She’s completely devoted to you. For example, if I text her anytime of the day, she’ll get back to me within the hour, if not the next morning. If I don’t reach out, she’ll send me small text/email reminders to let me know she’s here for me and to keep me on track. She’s helped me change my dietary needs so that I don’t have to be on a strict diet and after making these fixes, I immediately started seeing results. She listens and remembers every single thing you tell her, which makes our 1:1 weekly coaching session go by so smoothly and I really feel heard and seen. She’s been my biggest cheerleader, made me dive deeper into self, and pushed me to push myself. I’ve realized along this journey that health is more than what your body looks like, but how you feel mentally and emotionally as well. I’m so thankful I met Chloe and will continue to work with her to help me reach my fitness and current/future life goals.
I have been working with Chloe since October 2019 and she has been a Godsend for my running goals and aspiration to run a Boston Marathon qualifying time. Chloe has been an exemplum of quality listening and communication skills and understands the importance of paying attention to detail when attempting to accomplish any task. Chloe consistently provides me with comprehensive, detailed training plans in keeping with my goals which is important to me as someone who values structure and consistency immensely. Chloe has shown to be someone that can be counted on to be transparent, direct, and engaging, all while keeping the mood light and encouraging at all times. I ran my first half marathon ever in September 2019 and ran my second half marathon in February 2020. While under Chloe’s tutelage, I was able to improve my time by over forty minutes from race one to race two! Chloe emphasizes being strong as well as fast and being able to consistently perform well and stay injury free. Under Chloe’s continued guidance, I have no doubt that I’ll continue to achieve goals.

I was a collegiate distance runner at Duke University with an underwhelming career while there. Since graduating I continued to train, compete, and study all the aspects to figure out what happened. I did this through gaining my Masters in Clinical Psychology, graduating from Primal Health Coach Institute (to learn about nutrition) and becoming a certified personal trainer. All of these parts of my education helped bridge the gap of the connection between wellness and performance and moreover the importance of mind-body connection when performing at an elite level. I have since PR'd and had a better athletic career post-college after putting all of these puzzle pieces together. Now I would love to help you GROW into the best athlete and person you can possibly be!
